Studio Personal training sessions cost $65 - $120 per hour.  At 3 sessions per week that is at least $780 per month! Have a look at the pricing below. You will see how much money you will be saving, while still getting all the benefits of having a trainer there to guide you and to keep you accountable so can you reach your goals!

Level 1:

$50 per month

3 Month Advance Payment Discount: $130 for 3 months

6 Month Advance Payment Discount: $240 for 6 months

1 Year Advance Payment Discount: $420 for 1 year

-If you are in the same location, you can schedule a one on one consultation with Natalie to have your measurements and assessment done.

Why Online Training and what if I have an injury?

With so many technological resources and the power of the internet these days, you have the ability for all the knowledge, motivational benefits, and guidance of a professional personal trainer for a fraction of the cost of one on one in-person sessions!  Anyone can benefit from having someone to hold them accountable for their workouts and eating clean in order to help them reach their fitness/health goals.  

After signing up you will be sent a questionnaire where you will be asked about any aches, pains, injuries, or conditions that could alter your ability to perform certain exercises.  Depending on the situation you will have a program designed around your individual ability and (depending on the level of the package you purchase) I will take you through some specific assessments and movements to get a better idea of range of motion restrictions and muscular imbalances.

Will Online Training Work For Me?

Absolutely!!! I have had the pleasure of helping many people worldwide to transform their bodies and their lives via Fitness Evolution Online Training!  I can’t do your workout for you or feed you the right foods, but I can do almost everything else to make sure you are well educated and motivated to achieve the body of your dreams!  I am not about fad diets and I believe in eating real foods.  I educate my clients on how to workout and eat properly for their individual fitness goals.  Whether you are looking for fat loss, toning up, or training for a specific race/event, I will help you each step of the way.

How Does Online Training Work?

I am here to answer any questions for you and provide motivation throughout your transformation.  Depending on the package level you purchase (see options to the left) will determine the degree of involvement I will have in helping you reach your fitness goals.


What Happens When I Sign Up?

After signing up you will be sent a list of questions within the same day to fill out for me and also some instructions on how to take your “before” pictures.  Depending on the package level you purchase (see options to the left) there will be more information sent to you regarding how we will schedule your initial assessment (via phone or Skype) and what you will need to do to prepare for that.  You could be started on your journey to a new you within 1 to 3 days after signing up! 

Do I Need to Have a Gym Membership?

Although I recommend having a gym membership if you do not have a lot of exercise equipment at home, this is not mandatory.  I am able to create at home workouts for you based around the equipment you will have available, or I will make suggestions of a few items you might want to pick up for the home in order to get the most out of your home workouts. 

If I am Local Can I Come in for a Consult?

If you are looking for one on one training then yes (or at Level 3), but for online clients an in-person initial consult can only be done for an added cost.  To set up a consult for one on one in-person training with Natalie please email natalie_novak@fitnessevolutiontraining.com and training is $65/hour.

Will I Be Provided with a Nutrition Plan?

I do not believe in giving people a pre-set eating plan that is strict and difficult to follow; however, depending on the level of package you purchase, I will provide you with many resources on how to eat for your specific fitness goals and how to track all of your macronutrients each day.  When purchasing one of my higher packages I will calculate specific macronutrient (how many grams of proteins, fats, carbs) needs required for each day in order to support your training and provide you will an abundance of meal and snack ideas to keep you on track.

What if I Don't Think My Form for a Certain Exercise is Correct?

I feel form is VERY important in getting the most out of every exercise and preventing injury, so I would have no problem taking a look at a picture or video of you performing any of your exercises in order to ensure you are performing each exercise optimally.

Are Refunds an Option?

There is a no refund policy, I want you to succeed and really commit to your body transformation.  I feel that if there is a refund available it is to easy to quit.  My programs are very effective, but they take some time, hard work, and dedication to reap the full benefits.  If you are on a pre-paid monthly program, at the time of cancellation you will be charged for that current month only and recurring payments will be stopped immediately for the following month.
